Words from my son, (Methods and Physics): Daniela is very understanding of a student's level and knows how to explain things appropriately and adjust the pace according to difficulty. She uses lesson time efficiently and is very responsive to questions, with a student being able to send work ahead for her comment and explanation. She's flexible and encouraging. We have seen the results already!
