We believe in rewarding commitment. Accordingly, you can earn bonus credits by prepaying for lessons with packages.
How does it work?
Once you have created an account on Learnmate, head to the ‘Credits’ tab to purchase a package and you will receive bonus credits for doing so (see below for our current prepaid package offers).
Credits can be used with any tutor (including multiple tutors at once) and at any tine.
Credits are Learnmate's gift to you and are completely covered by us.
Credits expire 3 years after the date of issue of a prepaid package.
Yes! You don’t need to worry about having set lessons each week or managing your credit balance; just have lessons when you need, and the cost of lessons will be deducted from your credit balance when a lesson is completed.
Please see Learnmate's Cancellation Policy for information relating to missed or cancelled lessons. Whether or not you are charged (and your credit balance is debited) for a missed lesson will depend on whether or not you provided relevant notice to your tutor.
Credit balances are not restricted to a set tutor, hourly rate or mode of tutoring. Your credit can be applied across any of your lessons, regardless of the tutor’s rate or mode of tutoring.
To check your credit balance, login to your account and click on the Credits tab. Your credit balance will be shown there.
Prepaid packages, like gift cards, are non-refundable and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Make sure you consider this prior to purchasing a packaging or in deciding which package to buy.
Prepaid packages entitle the purchaser to a bonus credit depending on the prepaid package purchased. You may purchase a prepaid package at any time, provided they continue to be offered by Learnmate through the Learnmate Platform.
Credits issued under prepaid packages (including any bonus credits) are non-refundable. Your credit balance will be automatically debited after each lesson and, should you have an insufficient credit balance in your account for a lesson, the balance of a lesson invoice will be charged to the credit card attached to your account.
Unused credits expire after 3 years.
