About Sara

ABOUT ME!

My name is Sara and I hope to be a successful corporate lawyer who owns many corgis as legally possible by 2030!

I graduated from Mackillop College in 2018 with an ATAR of 95.55, which included raw study scores of 46 in VCE Economics (47 scaled), 43 in VCE Psychology (2017), and 39 in both VCE History: Revolutions (2017 – France and Russia) and English Language. During this time, I achieved top honors for both VCE Economics and VCE English Language, as well as a Vice Chancellor’s Scholarship for Excellence at Monash University, and a Kwong Lee Dow Scholarship from the University of Melbourne.

In 2019, I will be studying a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Finance) at the University of Melbourne due to my love and passion for economics.

I offer tutoring primarily in the subject of VCE Economics; however, I am also able to give Economics students studying |VCE| Psychology, History: Revolutions (France/Russia), English Language, and/or Mathematical Methods a hand with their other studies if desired.

I love learning and have a great passion for teaching and helping others. Thus, I tutored VCE Economics students all throughout 2018. During this time, I helped students with various abilities and different needs.

Therefore, I am able to help individuals who may be struggling with content, unable to grasp difficult economic concepts, and need a hand getting through essential aspects of the course. Additionally, I am able to help the high-flyers at this subject who need crucial advice on how to smash those all-important 6-mark and 8-mark questions in the end-of-year exam! All my lessons are individually tailored to meet the needs and requests of my students.

I will make sure that you are able to achieve the best result you can in 2019 … whether this may be a boost in your SAC marks, finally grasping and understanding a difficult topic in the course, feeling confident in your economic ability, or that desired 40+ study score!
