Hi there! Thanks for considering me as a potential tutor 🙂
I completed my HSC in 2017, with near perfect scores in Legal Studies and Religion throughout year 12, and band 6’s in each for the HSC exams. I also achieved band 5’s in Advanced English and Geography among my other subjects. Now studying a double degree in Law and Commerce in Melbourne, I want to pass on my knowledge to VCE and junior high school students who are willing to give their best effort.
My Approach to Teaching
I tailor my teaching methods to each student to ensure they fully understand the requirements of the curriculum and are able to apply their knowledge to achieve the greatest learning outcomes and marks possible. Together, we will tackle any study problems you may be experiencing!
I can help you in many areas such as:
- Essay structuring, writing and proofreading.
- Critical analysis and evaluation.
- Formatting exam style responses.
- SAC and Assessment Preparation.
- Smart and Efficient Study Techniques for understanding and remembering content.
I absolutely love the process of learning and teaching, and I want to create the same passion and enthusiasm towards learning in my students. In the past, I have assisted my peers in improving their marks. In one instance, I helped a classmate improve his mark from 45% in the HSC trial exam to 75% in the HSC exam. This was with just a couple of weeks of help, so imagine what we can do together with more time! Together, we will turn what can be disengaging, dry and stressful orthodox learning into something that is fun and intriguing, driving you to achieve your definition of success! My passion for learning and growth continues to fuel my ambitions, and I hope it inspires you just as much.
