Hello! My Name is Harrison and I’d like to thank you for taking the time to have a look at my profile.
I graduated in 2017 from the Kent Street Senior High School Aviation program, achieving an ATAR of 85 and a certificate of merit. I was offered a place onto the mechatronic engineering honours degree at Curtin University in 2018. I am receiving distinctions in many of my units, including a 75 in a chemistry unit and 71 in a physics unit.
Although I graduated high school with respectable marks, I have further refined both my understanding of chemistry and physics, through further education and practical work in the field, and have developed significant skills mentoring and working with students of all ages and abilities
Given this, I have a significant amount of practical experience to offer in both the WACE Chemistry and Physics ATAR courses that I would like to share with potential students. I offer a student focused approach, wherein the question “Why is this concept relevant?” is replaced with real-life examples and practical applications. I also tailor the tuition to each student’s needs.
MY LOCATION, COSTS AND AVAILABILITY!
I tutor one-on-one at any private residence or local library within the Canning Vale, Southern River, Willetton, Parkwood area, and Curtin University’s Robertson Library for $38 per hour. I also tutor group sessions (two or more students) at $30 per person per hour
Given the time commitments required for Engineering, I am available from 3:30pm to 7:00pm Monday and Tuesday, 5:30pm to 7:00pm Friday, and 9:00am to 5:00pm Saturday and Sunday. However, if you choose to utilise Curtin University’s Robertson Library as the venue, I am also available Wednesday and Thursday from 6:00pm to 7:00pm
I’d like to thank you for reading my profile, and I look forward to hearing from you shortly.
Harrison was easy to understand and relatable, the lesson was very productive and always straight to the point . I would suggest him for many year 12s in need for last minute wace help.
