“I seek enjoyment through life long learning, and hope that my students find passion and confidence in their studies. I aim to instill these characteristics along with success within my students.”
Hi! Thank you for reading my profile.
I graduated year 12 from Methodist Ladies College (MLC) in 2019 and received the study scores of 39 in Further Mathematics and 37 in Studio Arts. In this time I also completed a university level mathematics unit, in which I received high distinctions throughout. Upon completing year 12, I was accepted into Medical Science at Flinders University, and hope to pursue medicine in the future.
Chemistry (achieved HD in University studies)
Biology (achieved HD in University studies)
I have a great passion for both mathematics and art, and hope to instill a similar positivity within my own students.
I have great belief in the motion of working smarter not harder, and in order to achieve this, many different methods of study must be explored. To support this I will provide guidance not only within a particular subject, but to also cater methods of study to each student. Thereby providing individual leaning environments to support study and success.
My passion for learning encourages me to find alternative methods for study, in order to provide an open leaning environment, where students are welcome to ask as many questions as they have.
MY LOCATION, COSTS AND AVAILABILITY!
A $10 travel fee may added to the cost of tutoring if travel time exceeds 20mins.
Tayisa has been an amazing help to my daughter this year with Further Maths. It has been a challenging 2020 so far but Tayisa has helped my daughter stay on top of her maths, even when she was doing online learning and has given her a lot more confidence when approaching her math assessments.
