Hey there! My name is Siddharth and thanks for checking out my profile. Hopefully I can help find the solution to achieve your academic goals.
Who am I?
I graduated from Mazenod College in 2017 with an ATAR of 95.00 of 41 in Methods and 40 in Biology. I currently teach Methods and Biology VCE Units 1 – 4 and Math and and Science for Year 7 to 10.
During my VCE years I have noticed how many students receive poor marks in subjects such as Math, Science simply because they lacked a firm understanding in the basics which were taught in secondary school. Therefore, I wish to teach students right from middle school years on the application of the basics taught in Math and Science to achieve excellent marks and gain a competitive edge.
In my schooling years, I was in the badminton team and frequently participated in Rosies Volunteer programming. I have also won the Vice Chancellor’s Award of Academic Excellence and currently I am studying Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at RMIT.
How I teach?
I believe students do not need to study for ridiculous number of hours to get the marks they want if they STUDY SMART. Therefore, with my lessons, I often seek to impart my very own study hacks! This can be simple memory tricks or different ways of approach to a problem to attain the right solution efficiently.
Other benefits that come with my classes include
- Personalised lessons for students by familiarising with test and SAC marking standards for their respective schools to explain how to get the right marks.
- Notes for lessons and practice questions allows students to understand the concepts with a new perspective, giving them a better understanding.
- Full length practice exam sessions with tips for improvement
Location, availability and pricing
I am currently available on all days of the week and will try my best to accommodate a class to your needs.
I currently run one-on-one private classes at my house in Lynbrook for only $35 an hour. I also run classes at Monash University or State Library for only $40. Group glasses are cheaper with only $25 per student regardless of location.
I look forward to a great year with you and make your studies feel like a walk in the park!
