Hi there! My name is Sarah. I am a second-year Bachelor of Arts student at The University of Melbourne, majoring in Psychology and Linguistics.
I am a primary school and years 7-10 English, VCE English, VCE Psychology and VCE Dance tutor. I am available to tutor both online and in-person.
Having struggled with low confidence in my studies as a VCE student, I truly understand the pressures of VCE as well as the challenge of assessment and exam anxiety. As such, I seek to share strategies to manage stress, develop organisation skills and build self-efficacy.
I also firmly believe that learning styles are unique to the individual. For this reason, I intend to personalise my teaching style to complement a wide variety of student learning styles, goals and needs. My top priority is ensuring that the student feels confident and capable as a learner.
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I hope to hear from you soon :)
