I achieved a 98.1 ATAR in 2018 and a Certificate of Distinction for outstanding achievement in WACE. I was also the Dux of my school (Denmark Senior High School). I am currently studying a Bachelor of Advanced Science in Computing at Curtin University, pursuing my love of maths and problem solving.
I gained several months of tutoring experience before I moved to the city, discovering my own passion for helping others succeed. My primary focus so far has been maths tutoring (for all ATAR and general maths, and lower high school), though I achieved strong results in English, Biology and Modern History; as such, I have many of my own resources, notes and experiences I can share. I also spent a lot of time helping other students in year 12 (especially in biology… our teacher wasn’t very good).
I am a patient and thoughtful tutor, and understand better than most how stressful ATAR can be. After all, I was there only two years ago! I know, for example, that learning how to answer the question can be just as hard as learning what the answer actually is, and I learnt the hard way that getting enough sleep is always more important than cramming for a few more hours.
I am very flexible for hours, and would love to talk to you about what times would suit.
