Hi, my name is Natasha and I am a passionate and hard-working student at the Australian National University studying Asian Studies and International Relations. Though hard work and enthusiasm I earned an ATAR score of 96.45 in 2013.
My specialty is Japanese, where I have studied the language from Year 7, continuing through to advanced Japanese at university. In my graduating year, I earned placed first for Languages, achieving an overall course score of 93.96 for Continuing Japanese for years 11 and 12. Moreover, since then I have been on 3 exchanges to Japan, adding up to 2 years and a half worth of overseas study in Tokyo, Akita and Nagoya. I have a passion for Japanese and would love nothing more than to help those interested in learning or maintaining, Japanese languages skills.
Although Japanese is my specialty, I can also tutor in English, History and Chemistry.
English has always been one of my favourite subjects and I am happy to help students develop their essay writing skills, understand the nuances of class texts and translate Shakespeare. I also don’t mind proof-reading any classwork, helping the students to understand their common mistakes and writing habits. My overall English score for years 11 and 12 was 88.20.
My scores for History and Chemistry were 83.87 and 86.30, respectively.
I am also available via email or phone for those school emergencies and other technical support!
