Hi there! Thank you so much for taking the time to read my profile.
I completed the International Baccalaureate in 2018 (Methodist Ladies’ College) and am now studying a Bachelor of Science at the University of Melbourne. With the help of my own teachers and tutors, I developed a positive attitude towards education as early as primary school. This led me to foster effective study skills, allowing me to score an ATAR of 96.70.
My favourite subjects were Chemistry, English and French, where I scored 6, 6, and 7 respectively (7 being a perfect score in IB). Along with those subjects, I can also tutor other primary school subjects, including general Science and Mathematics.
I am a strong believer that anyone of any age can succeed with a growth mindset, and thus my aim is to instil motivation and confidence in all my students. I want to encourage them to not be afraid to ask for help, as there is no such thing as a silly question! My top priority is to cater to every individual’s learning style and needs while ensuring that they find our sessions engaging and valuable.
Due to the current circumstances with COVID-19, I am offering online tutoring via Skype or Zoom.
MY LOCATION, COSTS AND AVAILABILITY!
I am flexible with my time schedule; we could discuss a time that is suitable for us both. I will do my utmost best to accommodate you to my timetable.
I charge $35 per hour. Any additional resources/practice material the students may need will be provided with no additional cost.
It would be my pleasure to offer guidance and support. I hope to hear from you soon!
