Hello! Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile 🙂
I graduated VCE in 2018 with an ATAR of 91.5, obtaining scores of 42 in Theatre Studies, 40 in Revolutions, 38 in English and 36 in Literature. Although not achieving perfect study scores, I maintained average SAC and practice exam scores consistently above 90% in all the subjects listed above throughout Year 12. I believe a driving factor in maintaining this lay in my passion for each of these subjects; a passion which I hope to instil in each of my students throughout their studies.
Having personally benefitted from tutoring throughout my studies, I believe a dedicated and knowledgeable tutor can provide both essential educational and personal support in tackling the marathon that is VCE. For primary school aged students, I hope to encourage enjoyment of and spark interest in English, as I believe it to be a vital and endlessly enthralling subject. My top priority is to ensure each of my students is personally catered to and able to fully comprehend their subject, as well as ensuring their lessons remain engaging and enjoyable to the best of my ability.
Students will be provided with:
- comprehensive sets of detailed subject notes
- structured lessons and study plans
- personalised revision tasks
- practice exams from various sources
- assignment/SAC marking
- 24/7 phone and email support
- extra subject specific resources
MY LOCATION, COSTS AND AVAILABILITY!
My services are based in Melbourne’s western suburbs (predominantly Footscray) but I am happy to meet in the CBD or travel to other locations within a reasonable distance by public transport.
I charge $35-$43 an hour for one-on-one tutoring, a price which I believe is reasonable for the services and resources I offer. However, I am open to negotiation should a significant issue with this rate arise.
At the moment, I am available weekdays after 4pm and 8am-9am Saturdays.
Thanks again for considering my profile.
Hope to hear from you soon!
Eliza has been great with my primary school son. She has been giving him lessons via online which seems to work for both my son & Eliza.
