I’m Anna. I believe myself to be an enthusiastic, approachable and patient tutor and I hope to share my genuine passion for learning with you!
I graduated from Carey Baptist Grammar School in 2018 after completing an IB diploma with a score of 40, equating to an ATAR of 98.25. I studied English Literature (HL), French B (SL), Mathematics (SL), Biology (SL), Psychology (HL) and Visual Arts (HL). I obtained a score of 7 in French, Biology and Visual Arts, and a score of 6 in Literature and Psychology. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts with a language diploma in French at the University of Melbourne.
I would be happy to tutor French, Biology, Visual Arts and Psychology up to a year 12 level. I would also be happy to tutor Literature up to a year 11 level and Mathematics up to a year 8 level. Additionally, I am able to tutor primary school students in all subjects.
I have prior experience as a primary school mentor, helping students on a one-on-one level to improve their literary skills. After completing year 12 myself, I understand how challenging and stressful it can be to have an intense workload. I therefore hope to cater to the direct needs of each individual student, ensuring that they obtain a strong understanding of course content with any extra sources or notes that they may require. I have a genuine love of learning and hope to share this by helping others learn and seeing them progress over a period of time to achieve the best of their abilities.
MY LOCATION, COSTS AND AVAILABILITY!
I am located in Clifton Hill, however I am accessible to the Eastern suburbs region. Additionally, I am happy to meet students at libraries if that suits.
I charge $50 per hour for individual tutoring.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read my profile and I hope to hear from you soon!
