How to Remove Unavailability from LearnMate’s Calendar

  1. Go to your calendar:
  2. Click on ‘Week’ view button at the top of the calendar (see below)
  3. Find your unavailability in the calendar (dark grey in colour for any of the the days you originally said you were unavailable). E.g. if you said you were unavailable from January 23 – February 28, you could locate the dark grey colour anywhere within that date range in ‘Week’ view. You can use the < and > buttons in the top left hand corner of the screen to find where the dark grey areas are in the date range.
  4. Click on any dark grey part on screen and a black dialogue box should appear.
  5. Once you find it, you would click on ‘Delete’ in the calendar. Be sure to click on the second checkbox to delete all recurring instances.
  6. Once you submit and delete your unavailability, your profile will be made public to customers anywhere on the LearnMate site within the next 24 hours.
